Subscription Program Discontinued
Dear friends of Equal Exchange,
After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue the Equal Exchange subscription program on our webstore.
When we first envisioned adding a subscription option, we had expectations of a reliable program that customers could easily manage and modify. Unfortunately, the current subscription program on the webstore, despite significant effort on our end, has not met our expectations or the expectations of our customers. So, we've decided to cancel the program until we can find a suitable replacement that better reflects the system we wish to provide.
If you are a current subscriber, you will receive an email shortly informing you that your subscription has been canceled. You will still be able to order from our webstore as you have done in the past, and if you order the same items every time, you can still take advantage of the "reorder" option under your past account orders. This will add any items in the selected order to your cart for a quicker check out.
