One of the farms in eastern Washington is run by two brothers who oversee the management of the crops and finances, while family members fill positions in the office and other areas of the farming operation. Our roasting team in Massachusetts batch-roasts coffee daily to bring you the best flavors of each harvest. At the lighter end of the roast spectrum, we accentuate the unique fruity and floral notes within the beans. As the roast length increases, the natural sugars in the coffee beans caramelize and darken to elicit a richer body. Our darkest roasts fully express the beans’ natural oils, yielding subtle smokiness and flavors akin to dark chocolate. At every level, our expert team creates a smooth, clean, and balanced cup with reliable consistency from batch to batch.
