Have you ever wondered why our decaf coffee is so flavorful? We start with the same high-quality, organic, small farmer grown Arabica beans that we use in all our coffees. Using the Mountain Water process, a chemical-free technique, 99.9% of the caffeine from the green coffee beans is removed by immersing them in water under specific temperature and pressure conditions. This allows the original delicious flavors to remain intact.

At our Massachusetts HQ, our team batch-roasts coffee daily under a 1,418 panel solar array, bringing out the best flavors of each harvest. At the lighter end of the roast spectrum, we accentuate the unique fruity and floral notes within the beans. As the roast length increases, the natural sugars in the coffee beans caramelize and darken to elicit a richer body. Our darkest roasts fully express the beans’ natural oils, yielding subtle smokiness and flavors akin to dark chocolate. At every level, our expert team creates a smooth, clean, and balanced cup with reliable consistency from batch to batch.

Q&A

I normally drink your delicious espresso, but I am looking for decaf to have later in the day that tastes similar (not too dark). Would this be a good choice?
Yes, you can uses these beans.The roast level of this blend makes it well suited for use in an espresso machine.
Is your decaf process the same as the swiss water decaf method? Is your method as safe as the swiss method?

Is this coffee Kosher for Passover?
We're not sure that the decaf coffee is kosher for Pesach. For now until we clear this matter up, I'd say, no.
