Story

Our rich chocolate is crafted using only the purest ingredients, grown with care by small farmer co-ops. At Equal Exchange, we source from small farmer organizations because we believe they are the heart and soul of the Fair Trade movement.

This bar is made with cacao (cocoa beans) from farmer co-operatives in the Dominican Republic, Peru and Togo. The sugar and vanilla are also fairly traded and organic. The raw cane sugar comes from co-operatives in Paraguay, the unrefined whole cane sugar comes from a co-operative in Costa Rica, and the vanilla from cooperatives in Madagascar.
