We’re Still Shipping Orders

We are carefully monitoring the situation around COVID-19. Please review this notice before placing your order.
Equal Exchange is continuing to process and ship orders from our warehouses in West Bridgewater MA and Portland OR. However, orders may take additional time to leave our facilities.
Please be patient as we are experiencing larger-than-average order volume and are operating with reduced staff. Currently, products may take up to an extra week to ship (beyond our standard ten-day shipping policy).
When placing your order, please take care to select a shipping address that you are confident will be able to receive your order. Over the coming weeks, some businesses, schools, and churches are likely to close or reduce hours. UPS CAN NOT deliver to a business address (this category includes schools and churches) when it is closed, but can leave a package at a residential address whether or not anyone is there to receive it. If you’re not sure a business will be open, please consider choosing a residential address instead.
In the event that your order has already been shipped, but not delivered, and you need to change the delivery address, please create a UPS My Choice Account to personally monitor deliveries or make an address change for any UPS shipments you place.
