The Fillmore Family has been farming on 230 acres in Northern California since 1917 and is now a female-owned operation. This is one of the best growing regions on Earth for English Walnuts, with soil, climate, and water supply that is just right, resulting in beautiful, large, and flavorful organic nuts. Taking on processing at this scale is not very common, but by doing the hulling, drying, and shelling of their nuts themselves, the mother/daughter team has been able to keep value within the farm and attain an extremely high half count with a very low portion of pieces.

Our roasting team in Massachusetts batch-roasts coffee daily to bring you the best flavors of each harvest. At the lighter end of the roast spectrum, we accentuate the unique fruity and floral notes within the beans. As the roast length increases, the natural sugars in the coffee beans caramelize and darken to elicit a richer body. Our darkest roasts fully express the beans’ natural oils, yielding subtle smokiness and flavors akin to dark chocolate. At every level, our expert team creates a smooth, clean, and balanced cup with reliable consistency from batch to batch.
